Achieve Excellence was established in 2001 by founder and current owner Sue Brown.

Underpinning what makes the company so successful is that we always take the time out to really understand our clients' business and their specific needs before proposing a solution.   We act impartially and objectively and adopt a practical and pragmatic approach.

Our extensive capabilities enable us to work with clients from small to medium size enterprises to the much larger corporate organisations.  We recognise that sometimes goals or objectives are difficult to achieve due to lack of time or resources available.  That is where we come in - our primary objective is to Achieve Excellence, ‘Making a Difference to People and Business’ by ‘Delivering Performance to Enhance Your Business.’

As independent observers in your business, we can see what goes on, and make suggestions, which are sensible for your circumstances. We do not bring in magic formulae or big manuals to follow, but we bring years of experience working in offices with real people, working to impossible deadlines. We know that everyone is looking for optimum levels of efficiency and profitability, whilst maintaining trained and motivated employees. 

There is no textbook ‘correct’ answer, nor is it possible to guarantee the future.  However, experience tells us that effective strategic and operational planning, control, people development and creative thinking are critical to business success.
